Attic Inspection
While doing our inspection of this attic we noticed that the home had Trusses for the roof construction. Trusses are engineered and built for the purpose of holding the roofing material and holding the exterior walls in line. The trusses are not designed to have storage in the attic space. They also are not designed to be modified especially when they have solar panels on the roof.
We can see here that they were modified to accommodate storage without regard for the solar panels.
