Incomplete Construction
While doing our inspection we noticed a lolly column in a random location. Upon further investigation we noticed that it was supporting the cast iron bathtub above. The back of the tub was not sitting on a floor joist and had started to move. This was a temporary repair, we recommended having the tub properly supported to prevent any further issues.
