Let us sniff out the problems.

At Wolf Inspections, our mission is to engage in issues that are of concern to the safety of the individual, families and communities through an uncompromising commitment, which creates outstanding living, work and leisure environments.

Radon Testing

Radon typically moves up through the ground to the air above and into your home, through cracks and other holes in the foundation. Radon can also enter your home through well water. Any home, new and old, well sealed and drafty, and homes with or without basements can have Radon issues.

Termite Inspection

A termite inspector will visually inspect the entire interior and exterior of a home, including accessing and entering any sub-space such as basements and crawlspaces, for evidence of wood-destroying insects. After the inspection has been performed, the findings are reported on a special wood destroying insect form separate from the home inspection report.

Residential Thermography

Thermal imaging cameras work by detecting heat signatures and displaying them as a gradient scale. Unlike visible light, which is the reflection of wavelengths of light off an object, infrared, shows the temperature defrentiantial of the image surface. This allows IR cameras to function in ways that traditional visible light cameras cannot.

Property Inspection

For new home construction, as well as multifamily or commercial properties, we go through all accessible areas on the property, checking for deficiencies and corrosion on the surfaces. For new home construction, we inspect it the same as any regular home inspection, you never know what can be missed. during all the phases of construction.

New Construction

New home construction inspections can save new buyers headaches. Just because it is a brand new home doesn’t mean that there are no issues. Many times as the different trades are working to finish a new home things can get missed. For example the toilet was not bolted down but was grouted to the tile. It is tight today but will come loose and possibly leak. Closet door hardware can be missing, door latches installed backwards ( you need to turn the knob to close the door and just push to open) trim can be missing. Fixtures can be loose, tubs and showers not sealed completely. The exterior siding and roof could have voids or issues that might not be noticed.

Pre-Listing Inspection

Pre-listing inspections can help you determine what will come up in a buyers home inspection. This can help you decide to make repairs and improvements up front to make the selling process a little easier. You could sell for a little more if you do the recommended repairs or upgrades, or you can sell the home for a fair price and not have to sweat out the details of what will be found (since you have an idea already).
